Beckman Awards Program in Cognition, Lifespan Engagement, Aging and Resilience
The Beckman Awards Program in Cognition, Lifespan Engagement, Aging and Resilience (CLEAR) offered University of Illinois students the opportunity to pursue interdisciplinary research in cognitive aging. The award was supported by funding from the Arnold
and Mabel Beckman Foundation. This program funded one graduate student and one undergraduate to pursue research at the Beckman Institute during the summer.

The Janssen Family Undergraduate Research Award
The Janssen Family Undergraduate Research Award allows a promising undergraduate to pursue research in neuroscience or psychology at the Beckman Institute for Advanced Science and Technology during the summer. The recipient shall be a United States citizen or permanent resident of the United States. Preference will be given to female applicants. The successful applicant is expected to be engaged full time in their research project at the Beckman Institute over the summer.
