Jacinda Dariotis, a professor of human development and family studies and the director of the Family Resiliency Center, has joined the Beckman faculty as an affiliate. She will be a member of the Social and Emotional Dimensions of Well-being working group within the Intelligent Systems research theme. Dariotis, who joined the UI faculty in August, is interested in research relating to child and adolescent development in context; diverse families, poverty/inequality, and social justice; and health and well-being across the lifespan.
