Martin D. Burke, a professor of chemistry, has been named a new faculty member at the Beckman Institute. He will join Beckman's Molecular Design and Engineering (MDE) Group, which is part of the Molecular Science and Engineering research theme. Burke's research interests include the synthesis and study of small molecules with protein-like functions. More information is available on his chemistry faculty page.
