Beckman researchers bring cells to life in 3D with Minecraft

Beckman researchers Zan Luthey-Schulten, Stephen Boppart, Rohit Bhargava, Kevin Tan, Zane Thornburg, Seth Kenkel and Tianyu Wu have developed CraftCells, a tool that uses Minecraft to create immersive and interactive 3D models of biological cells.
