The Beckman Institute also takes pride in helping our faculty, staff and students exchange scientific and technical information through meetings, conferences, workshops, and other such gatherings. The Beckman Institute can provide assistance with booking rooms and related equipment, catering, and much more. The Beckman Institute has a number of seminar and meeting rooms that can be used
in support of research programs. The Space Reservations group manages the use and
scheduling of the Beckman Institute Auditorium, Atrium, and conference rooms within
the 313,000 square-foot building.

Beckman Café Catering
The Beckman Café caters for events held at the Beckman Institute, such as continental
breakfasts, snacks, and drinks for seminars and other meetings, box and buffet lunches,
and pre- and post-lecture receptions. The Café does not currently cater for events
that require wait service.

Directions and Travel Information
The Beckman Institute is located on the south side of University Avenue, between
Mathews Avenue and Wright Street in Urbana. The street address is 405 North Mathews
Avenue, Urbana, 61801. University Avenue is a major east-west thoroughfare running
from west Champaign to east Urbana.

Beckman Institute was designed to include a number of seminar and meeting
