Dr. Richard B. Berlin, Dr. Karen White, and Dr. Mark Johnson have joined the Beckman Institute. Berlin (MD, SUNY Health Science Center) is a general surgeon for Carle Hospital, White (MD, University of Illinois) and Johnson (MD, University of Chicago) specialize in critical care at Carle. All three are members of the Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Group within the Human Computer Intelligent Interaction (HCII) Research Theme at Beckman.
