Staff Spirit and Dedication Award
The Staff Spirit and Dedication Award annually recognizes up to two Beckman staff members who embody the mission and core values of the Beckman Institute and demonstrate teamwork. The Beckman Institute started the award in 2024. Up to two winners may be recognized each year.
Recognizing dedicated Beckman staff members
Those who receive the award will earn a $1,500 one-time cash award, after taxes, awarded through payroll and a commemorative Arnold Beckman bust.
The Beckman Institute recognizes the Staff Spirit and Dedication awardees and faculty Vision and Spirit Award winners each year on or near the anniversary of Arnold Beckman's birth, April 10.
Nominations are open each spring.
