PAT BECKMAN REMEMBERED FOR HER CONTRIBUTIONS
We are deeply saddened by the death of Pat Beckman, daughter of Beckman Institute benefactors Arnold and Mabel Beckman. She was 78. Pat served on many boards and foundations, including the Beckman Foundation, and visited here in 2009 as a featured guest and speaker at the 20th Anniversary Celebration of the opening of the Beckman Institute. She was a wonderful person and friend of the Institute. Our sympathies go out to her family and friends. http://www.beckman.illinois.edu/news/PatBeckmanmemoriam
